Domiciliary Carers
to support our clients in their homes. As a domiciliary carer, you will play a key role in helping individuals maintain their dignity and independence while delivering high-quality personal care. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide companionship, and ensure their well-being.Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Supporting clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication management. Promoting the overall health and comfort of clients through regular monitoring. Documenting care activities and any changes in client well-being. Encouraging and engaging clients in social interactions and activities. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care role is an advantage but not essential. Must be a driver with own car Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients. Willingness to go through an enhanced DBS check. Ability to work flexible hours. Training in manual handling and first aid is a plus. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

14 - 17 per hour
(depending on experience and shifts) -Mileage allowance: 0.35 per mile
(for Henley shifts only)- Flexible shift patterns:
1-4 hours per call
