Qualifications


High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred



Previous experience in healthcare, domiciliary care, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be comfortable with patient care and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide personal care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Promote independence and respect clients' dignity and privacy. Must be a driver with a valid Drivers Licence.
