This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join My Choice Healthcare as we continue to expand our domiciliary care service. We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality home care, eager to grow their leadership skills, and ready to work towards becoming a Registered Manager.

About the Role

Working closely with our existing team, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of domiciliary care management, including:

Supporting the delivery of high-quality care to individuals in their own homes Learning to lead and supervise staff, including appraisals and supervisions Gaining experience in audits, compliance, and quality assurance Assisting with rota planning, recruitment, and training Building relationships with clients, families, and external professionals

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
? Strong leadership potential and the ambition to progress into management
? A positive, caring approach with a commitment to outstanding care
? Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
? Someone who believes in kindness, compassion, and teamwork
