Working with clients hands on
Supporting other care workers within their role as the service grows
Must be able to drive and have own transport due to the nature of the role
Must be able to pick up additional hours as an when required.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team. The role involves providing essential care and support to elderly residents in a residential care setting. Duties - Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities - Administering medication according to care plans - Monitoring residents' health and well-being - Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship - Keeping accurate records of care provided Experience - Previous experience in a home care setting is essential - Knowledge of procedures is advantageous as well as line managing other care workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour
