Care Assistant for Rachel Cares Ltd

We're Rachel Cares, a domiciliary care agency covering services in Porthcawl and we provide a range of care and support services for people to remain independent in their own homes.

We are looking for care assistants to join our small and friendly team working closely together supporting to making a valuable difference to our Clients every day.

Pay rate week day from 13.09 per hour

Pay rate weekend from 13.38 per hour

No experience? No problem.

We will teach you everything you need to know. To us, it is more important that you are a caring and kind person with a big smile that will make each client's face light up. If you are looking for a career that really makes a difference to the clients' lives we support all you need to bring is passion, patience, and a sense of humour.

You will need to be a driver with your own car

to visits clients in their own home in the Porthcawl area and take them out on social outings / appointments. We don't wear uniforms as is more friendlier and relaxing that way. We offer contracted hours, holiday pay and the possibility for overtime. Contracts available from 20 hours per week to 25 hours per week. We offer full training and career progression. We will apply and pay for your DBS.
