Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Synergy Carers Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position is vital in helping our clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any changes to the care team. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to develop care plans tailored to individual client needs. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
The geographical locations covered are Torpoint, Looe, Liskeard and Saltash.
