The Role:

Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They assistant with personal care, meal preparation, medication requirements, and other interesting tasks.

What we do differently:

We provide cars for all our carers, with fuel costs covered. We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours. Standard working patterns- 0700-1400 or 1400-2200.

Benefits

Competitive pay with a base rate of 14.50 per hour call on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours. DBS check covered (subject to T&C's). 500 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's). 1 full day of paid induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers. Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care. We are expanding to include more complex care packages.
