We are looking for

one more amazing carer

to join a small, friendly team supporting a

13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy

in Witley, Surrey.



This

vibrant, sociable, and determined young lady

loves swimming, drama, trips to the cinema, pamper sessions, arts & crafts, baking, and so much more! She's full of life and joy -- and she deserves a carer who matches her positivity and enthusiasm.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:


Kind, caring, and reliable with excellent communication skills Active, creative, and patient Experienced in one-to-one support within a family home environment Confident supporting young people with

cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual or speech impairment, and movement disorders

Desirable Qualifications

Background in care, therapy, education, or working with children/teenagers A

full UK driving licence

is essential

Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Child Workforce Barring

required

Community Case Management is a case management company. Case Management supports people who have experienced serious, life-changing injuries so they can live as independently and fully as possible.

At CCM we don't just provide care - we coordinate everything that our client might need to rebuild their life. This includes:

Health and rehabilitation Emotional wellbeing Education and work goals Daily living support Therapies and equipment
CCM is not a care agency. We guide and manage the care and support teams who are employed directly by the client (via a solicitor or Court of Protection Deputy). Support workers work with one client, based on the client's specific needs.

CCM provide direction, supervision and training to support workers so they feel confident and capable in their role.
