Job description

Badgemaster is looking for a motivated, self-driven and organised individual to join our Doming team as a Doming Production Operative. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires someone that is target driven, confident, and self-motivated.

The right person should be able to cope under pressure, handle high volumes of work and be able to work using their own initiative. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for applying the Polyurethane resin using the Demak machine to plastic name badges.

Finishing the product ready for packing and dispatch.

Able to achieve targets set by Manufacturing Manager/Production Supervisor.

Able to communicate with other members of the Department effectively.

Have a good basic understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.

Have a commitment to producing a quality product.

Skills and qualities

Must have a keen eye for detail.

Salary

12.22ph

Working hours

36.5 hours per week

1:45pm-9:45pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:45pm- 7:45pm with two 15 minutes unpaid break each day.

Shift rotation of

WEEK ONE

- 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6:00am -1:00pm.

WEEK TWO

- 1:45pm-9:45pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:45pm- 7:45pm with two 15 minutes unpaid break each day.
