We're on the lookout for a

Shift Manager

to lead our instore team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll motivate and support staff, maintain high standards, and ensure every shift is a success!

What you'll be doing:

Leading and motivating the team during your shift Ensuring Domino's service and brand standards are met Managing staff performance, training, and development Overseeing cash handling, card payments, and instore systems Managing stock, deliveries, and inventory Maintaining health & safety, security, and emergency procedures Supporting the team in all areas, from front of house to kitchen

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, ideally at manager or assistant manager level Strong leadership and supervisory skills Passion for delivering excellent customer service Desire to grow your career within Domino's
