Action For Humanity (AFH) is currently seeking enthusiastic Donor Care Ramadan Operators to join our Manchester-based head office. This is a part-time, casual role with flexible shifts available, offering a competitive rate of 12.60 per hour.

As a Donor Care Ramadan Operator, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing supporters to share updates on our latest campaigns. This is a target-driven role where you'll present our charitable initiatives to encourage continued and increased support. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering campaign messaging and donation processing.

You'll also contribute to donor retention and satisfaction by supporting our fundraising operations with efficient database management and administrative tasks. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver impactful aid and build brighter futures for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to engage donors and boost fundraising efforts Communicate detailed knowledge of AFH's projects to inspire donor support Manage inbound calls and respond to donor queries professionally Uphold GDPR standards and respect donor communication preferences Handle communications regarding missed donations, renewals, and pledges Process donations accurately, including scanning, allocation, and recordkeeping Maintain live tracking spreadsheets for event-related donations Correspond with donors via phone, email, and written letters

Education:

Minimum GCSE-level qualifications
Experience:

At least 1 year in customer service or sales (essential)
Availability:

Thursday & Friday: 15:00-19:00 Saturday: 12:00-16:00 Sunday: 12:00-16:00 Additional shifts may be available during the week
Skills:

Excellent customer service and communication Strong data entry and management skills Adaptable and collaborative team player
Languages:

Fluent spoken and written English required Additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, or French are a plus
