Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated

Door-to-Door Sales Representative

to promote our pharmacy's services, including

free next-day NHS prescription delivery

. The role focuses on

increasing patient nominations

and raising awareness of our personalised care within the community.

As the first point of contact for many residents, you will

communicate service benefits clearly, handle questions confidently, and build trust

with potential patients. This is a

commission-based role with uncapped earning potential

, ideal for someone with

strong communication skills

who enjoys engaging directly with people and making a positive impact on local patient care.

Full training will be provided (paid) along with the tools required to sign up new patients.

Responsibilities

Generate new patient nominations for the pharmacy through a structured door-to-door sales approach, adhering to NHS and GPhC compliance standards. Communicate key patient benefits clearly and persuasively, highlighting services such as free prescription delivery, repeat prescription management, and personalised care. Elaborate on the pharmacy's full service offering when residents express interest, tailoring explanations to their specific needs. Handle inquiries and resolve questions promptly, demonstrating strong product knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. Maintain clear and professional communication skills, ensuring residents feel informed and respected during every interaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. Strong sales skills with a track record of successful client engagement. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
