Women + Waves is a female-led surf collective with over a decade of experience crafting bespoke surf camps and retreats exclusively for women. From Cornwall's iconic breaks to sun-drenched international coastlines, our supportive, low-pressure coaching environment has earned over 350 five-star reviews, and a fiercely loyal community (more than 60 % of guests return!). Whether we're helping a complete beginner catch her first wave or guiding an experienced surfer on our Barbados trip, our mission is to break down barriers and build confidence, one swell at a time.

The Role

As our Lead Sales Person, you'll be at the forefront of growing both our international holiday offerings and our popular domestic weekend events. You'll thrive on hitting targets, nurturing leads, and converting enquiries into unforgettable surf experiences.

What You'll Do

Drive Bookings

Engage new and returning guests via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat Present and upsell tailored surf packages - local Cornwall weekends, multi-day safaris in Morocco, Indonesia, Costa Rica and beyond Manage the end-to-end booking process: from proposal and paperwork to invoicing and payment collection

Collaborate & Coordinate

Liaise with event leaders to supply guest details, dietary needs and on-site logistics Partner with Finance and Ops to ensure smooth cash collection and seamless guest experiences Assist with ideas and feedback to our social media, newsletter and content creators.

Hit Your Targets

You'll own your numbers: weekly revenue goals, conversion rates, new-booking volumes and cash-collection milestones

Who You Are

A natural storyteller who loves travel, surf culture and building real connections Organised, proactive and adept at juggling multiple channels and tasks Comfortable using Google Sheets for reporting and our Zoho CRM to track pipeline, follow-ups and guest records Ambitious and target-driven, with a proven ability to hit, and exceed, sales goals Experience in travel sales, hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus; most importantly, you bring infectious enthusiasm and exceptional service
