Due to growth and expansion within our team, Stag Security Limited are seeking experienced Door Supervisors working within the Cwmbran area. We need exceptional individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment. Ability to establish strong rapport with clients, customers, and colleagues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a diverse team. Ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history. What You Will Be Doing: Extend a warm and professional welcome to venue visitors. Screen individuals for entry suitability. Collaborate with clients, customers, and colleagues. Conduct searches for unauthorized or illegal items. Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents within queues or the venue. Offer customer support and manage incidents both inside and outside the venue. Maintain a security presence to ensure smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.
