As a Door Supervisor with Ei Security, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring public safety and providing excellent front-line service.
About the Role:
As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
for all patrons and staff.Controlling entry and exit points
, ensuring only authorised individuals gain access.Conducting ID checks
and managing queues efficiently.Preventing and de-escalating conflicts
and dealing with challenging situations professionally.Responding to incidents
and emergencies promptly and effectively.Working collaboratively
with venue staff and other security personnel.Upholding licensing objectives
and company policies at all times.Providing a visible and reassuring presence
, offering assistance and information when needed.What We're Looking For:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
(essential).Previous experience
as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Strong observation and problem-solving abilities
.A calm and professional demeanor
under pressure.Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
.Ability to work flexible hours
