Job Overview

We are seeking professional, vigilant, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to work across pubs and hotels in the Anfield and Bramley Moore Dock areas, primarily during Liverpool FC and Everton FC home games. The role involves maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patrons, preventing disorderly behaviour, and ensuring venue policies are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a visible, authoritative security presence at venue entrances and within the premises Conduct ID checks, manage queue control, and monitor guest behaviour Prevent entry of individuals who are intoxicated, aggressive, or underage Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, resolving issues where possible or escalating when necessary Ensure compliance with venue licensing laws and safety regulations Support venue staff in managing capacity and dealing with customer concerns Liaise with police, venue management, and emergency services when required Accurately complete incident reports and maintain logbooks as needed

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Previous experience

in a door supervision or security role, preferably in a pub, bar, or event setting Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Professional appearance and demeanour Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays (including early kick-offs and night games) Knowledge of crowd dynamics on matchdays is an advantage

Shifts are based around

Liverpool FC (Anfield)

and

Everton FC (Bramley Moore Dock)

home fixtures and other busy trading periods Opportunities for additional shifts at other venues and events may be available Uniform and training provided where required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 60 per week
