Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our venue, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while effectively managing any potential risks. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify and address any suspicious behaviour. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage within the premises. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site. Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour and enforce venue policies. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents. Prepare detailed reports on any incidents or breaches of security for management review.

Requirements

Previous experience in a security role, particularly as a Door Supervisor, is preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff. A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the values of our establishment.
