We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to join our door-to-door sales team. The role requires engaging directly with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.
Duties
Visit residential and/or business areas to promote and sell products/services.
Deliver engaging product presentations to potential customers.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of company offerings and respond to customer queries.
Record customer information and sales transactions accurately.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Report progress and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Previous sales experience preferred (door-to-door experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
High energy, confidence, and resilience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
