The Converters Group is one of Scotland's fastest-growing home improvement companies. We specialise in conservatory roof conversions, garage conversions, extensions, and garden rooms, products homeowners are actively looking for.

We're expanding our promotions team and looking for enthusiastic

Door-to-Door Sales Representatives

to help us reach more households across Scotland.

The Role

This is a face-to-face, people-focused role. You'll be out in local neighbourhoods, introducing homeowners to our products and services, highlighting our current promotions, and arranging free, no-obligation home surveys for our sales team to follow up.

You don't need to close sales yourself -- your goal is to spark interest and generate appointments.

What We're Looking For

Confident, outgoing personality with great communication skills Resilient and positive -- comfortable knocking doors and talking to new people Target-driven, with the motivation to earn uncapped bonuses Reliable and professional -- representing the company well in the community Experience in canvassing, field sales, or promotions is helpful but not essential (full training given)
