Are you passionate about architecture (or could be?), storytelling, and helping people unlock the emotional potential of their homes? Storyboard Design's House Made Ready service is redefining how properties are prepared for sale -- blending architectural insight with emotional resonance.

We're looking for a charismatic, emotionally intelligent

Sales Advisor

to represent our service in person. You'll engage homeowners, estate agents, and local communities with warmth, clarity, and purpose -- guiding them toward a smarter, more soulful way to sell. We are ultimately trying to reduce people's stress when selling a home.

This is ideal if you are someone looking for a side gig and is in the associated industry

What You'll Do:

Knock on doors with confidence and empathy -- no hard sell, just meaningful conversation. Introduce our House Made Ready service using beautifully crafted flyers and a story-led messaging script. Identify homes with untapped potential and offer a free appraisal to people. Build relationships with independent estate agents, self-employed estate agents and local house sellers. Gather feedback and insights to help us refine our service

Who You Are:

A natural communicator with emotional intelligence and charm Comfortable working independently and adapting your pitch to different audiences, we will provide the core message, but you will need to be able to think on your feet. Ideally you are passionate about homes, design, and storytelling. Ideally, with experience in sales, real estate, or customer engagement.

What We Offer:

Base Pay

: 13-15/hour depending on experience and performance

Commission

: on average 250-500 (20% of our fee to the client) per converted client (Commission varies depending on the package the client takes out). Introduction to what narrative architecture, storytelling, and brand messaging are Flexible hours work at a time that suits you. Ideally, after 5pm and weekends when people are likely home. We will identify your client list and who to target (essentially, people with a for sale sign).

Bonus:

If we sign up 20 clients before Christmas, we will cover the food bill for four people at a restaurant of your choice!
