Senior Field Sales Representative (BT & EE Products)

Field-Based Role - Start from 12.82/hr (21+) + Uncapped Commission

At Team Ortel, an official EE franchise, we're looking for ambitious Senior Sales Representatives to help us lead and grow high-performing field sales teams. You'll represent EE, engage door-to-door with potential customers, and help them discover the power of EE's broadband and mobile services - all while mentoring and inspiring your fellow reps.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving personal sales while supporting and mentoring junior team members Leading by example in local field campaigns Assisting in planning routes, setting team goals, and reporting progress Delivering expert-level product knowledge to customers Playing a key role in the continued growth of the team

Start as a Sales Advisor - Build towards Senior:

Not quite there yet? No problem...
You can start as a Sales Representative at 12.21/hr + uncapped commission (Minimum 16 hour contract - realistic OTE 30-50k), with the full support and training to progress into a Senior Sales Representative role in as little as 8-12 weeks.

What are we looking for:

18+ and eligible to work in the UK Confident communicator and natural motivator Proven sales experience OR leadership qualities Resilient, competitive, and target-driven Must be able to travel locally - Driving licence required for Senior Role Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
