Dozer & Excavator Drivers - Civil Engineering Projects Across Scotland

Full-time, Project-based

Rate:

15.50 per hour plus up to 0.50 per hour bonus, subject to meeting standards in machinery care, attendance, punctuality, and overall work performance.

We are a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland. As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting skilled Dozer and Excavator Drivers to join our plant operations team for upcoming projects.

About the Roles:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced plant operators to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding sites across the country. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of site safety and plant operations in a civil engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and effective operation of Dozers or 360 Excavators

Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues

Working closely with site teams to ensure progress aligns with programme

Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CPCS hologram) card for the relevant plant category

Full UK Driving Licence

Proven experience operating Dozers and/or Excavators in a civil engineering environment

Strong work ethic and reliability

Flexibility to work across multiple sites in Scotland
