Callow Retail Ltd is expanding its service division to support customers
across Lincolnshire and surrounding counties
. While our core business focuses on outdoor living and specialist equipment, we are now building a dedicated drainage service offering professional surveys, repairs, and diagnostics for domestic and commercial clients.
We are a small but ambitious team with clear growth plans. As we scale this new arm of the business, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Drainage Engineer who wants to help shape, grow, and elevate our county-wide service offering.
The Role
This is a field-based role covering
Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties
, delivering drainage surveys, unblocks, jetting, and repair solutions including patching and lining. You will work independently on the road with modern equipment, supported by a company van and ongoing investment in tools, technology and accredited training.
If you have drainage experience and want to help build a service from the ground up, this role offers variety, autonomy, and genuine progression.
What You Will Do
Carry out
CCTV drainage surveys
, producing accurate, professional reports for both domestic and commercial clients.
Conduct
drain unblocking
using jetting, flex-shaft systems, rodding and mechanical tools.
Deliver
drainage repair work
, including patch lining, inversion lining, and general remedial works.
Complete
general condition surveys
, water tank inspections, and asset identification.
Diagnose drainage faults on-site and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
Produce clear digital reports using industry software.
Attend paid
emergency callouts
when required.
Maintain equipment and your company van to excellent standards.
Suggest improvements and help shape the development of our expanding service division.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience
in the drainage industry.
Knowledge of CCTV survey systems, jetting rigs, unblocking tools, and drainage repair technologies (including lining).
Industry qualifications (confined spaces, high-pressure jetting, cctv survey) are
beneficial but not essential
.
Training and certification can be provided through an
accredited training body
.
Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working independently across the county.
Good customer communication and a professional approach.
Full UK driving licence -- company van provided for work use.
Organised, reliable, and motivated to help grow a new service area.
