Job Description

We are a family company based in North Wales.

We are currently recruiting a Drainage & Roads Designer. Attendance of site visits and meetings are essential so you should currently live in North Wales. Hybrid working may be available if you do live within traveling distance of our sites .

Your duties will include:

Undertaking scheme development, preliminary and detailed designs Supervising and mentoring less experienced engineers Liaison with clients, subcontractors, local authorities and other consultants Attend design/site meetings
For this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

Experience working with residential developers Excellent communications skills both verbally and written Knowledge of Section 104, 278 and 38 (etc) adoption procedures & SAB Design and implement Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) Have at least 3 years' experience Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, subcontractors, local authorities and other consultants Be able to work effectively as part of a team Be proactive, anticipate and resolve design challenges at a conceptual stage Manage your own workload and efficiency with minimal supervision

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
