Job Title: Drive Site Operator

Location: Leeds

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 36.5 hours a week.



This role operates on a rotational shift basis and includes both day and night shifts as follows:

Day Shift

: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Night Shift

: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

About the role

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a dynamic and committed Drive Site Operator to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an effective picking, loading, and inbound operation, ensuring optimal flow of goods and maintaining efficiency to maximize customer service delivery. You will work as part of a highly flexible and multi-skilled team, undertaking a wide range of tasks while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Role Responsibilities

Operating a Counterbalance forklift to support warehouse operations Pick, load, and receive finished goods safely and accurately Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and site policies at all times Keep stock under control by following all safety and quality standards Take ownership of your learning and development by engaging with the skills framework Monitor and Report any Health & Safety concerns using the Integrity system Support a positive and professional team culture on site Get involved in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Zero Loss activities Use Drive Site systems confidently, including SAP, Integrity, EWM, and others needed for your role

Experience and Key Attributes

Valid Counterbalance Forklift License - essential Hands-on experience operating a Counterbalance forklift - essential Practical experience using SAP in a warehouse or logistics environment - desirable Previous experience working in a Drive Site or warehouse operations setting Background in a strategic, target-driven manufacturing or warehouse environment, with performance measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to work effectively with team members and other departments Well-organised, reliable, and proactive Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve success
