We are a fast-growing, high-end construction company specializing in luxury renovations, extensions, and new builds. Our focus is on quality, efficiency, and precision craftsmanship. As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations, drive site team performance, and ensure maximum efficiency and organization on every project.

Role & Responsibilities:

On-site working role Drive site team performance, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and productivity. Directly manage the day-to-day operations of your site team and subcontractors across 3-5 projects. Maintain exceptional site organisation, ensuring smooth workflows and a tidy, efficient site. Manage Quality Control Read and interpret architectural, engineering, and specialist documentation, drawings, and specifications. Work closely with your Project Manager and site team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage and oversee building control requirements throughout projects. Lead and develop a site team of 4-6 members across multiple projects, fostering a culture of high performance and dedication. Take responsibility for all aspects of site activities, including organization, quality control, and efficiency. Ensure site cleanliness, tidiness, and strict adherence to schedules. Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards. Be the direct point of contact for all on-site personnel. Train and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

Specialist expertise in one trade: bricklaying, carpentry, or groundworks. Minimum 10 years on site trade experience & minimum 2 years site management experience Strong understanding of site management and construction processes. Proven leadership skills with a natural tendency to lead, teach, and drive performance. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency. Proficient with technology, including emails and project documentation. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and efficiency. Experience with residential and commercial extensions, new builds, and refurbishments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges. Dedication to the role with a proactive, hands-on approach to site supervision.
