Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Driver and Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to materials handling and stock management, within our warehouse environment. Duties

Delivery and collection of vehicles nationally including using public transport Other Delivery work as required Class 2 licence or Category C licence an advantage to be able tow 3500kg trailers. On site light maintenance work Loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts Managing deliveries Operating warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory control and order processing Conducting materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting where necessary Maintaining organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse environment Performing basic mechanical tasks related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Supporting construction or refurbishment projects within the warehouse as required

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse operations, including stock management and materials handling Competence in operating forklifts safely and efficiently Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively over extended periods Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good physical fitness to handle demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in construction or similar manual roles is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
