Available Roles

1. Driver Assistant

You'll work in a 2-person team delivering goods directly to customers' homes using our branded Luton vans. Daily start times vary between 06:30 and 08:00, and you'll receive your schedule the evening before.

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit - Heavy lifting involved Punctual and dependable Good team player Able to travel to and from Seaham, where vans are stored overnight Willing to work Monday to Sunday Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Full Training Provided:

2-day onboarding to get you up to speed

Support from experienced team members

Pay & Benefits:

Driver Assistant: 82.50/day + potential add-ons

Paid per day (not per hour) - so you earn the same whether you finish early or late

Pay frequency: Monthly (transitioning to weekly in the future)
