Driver Chargehand (Food Waste)

26,574 - 28,155 per annum

37 hours per week

This position plays a vital role in providing our new essential food waste collection service. You will be visiting all properties across the borough on a weekly basis, to empty their food waste.

To be suitable for this post, you will need to hold an LGV Class C1 licence and have experience of driving vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes. You will also have experience of working with the general public and be organised, motivated and enthusiastic too! We'll expect you to work under your own initiative, as well as within a team to deliver this key service.

The official start date for this role will be the 29th of September, with the roll out of food waste starting on the 13th of October.
