About the role:
The primary purpose of the role holder will be to deliver the organisations cleaning services effectively.
Cleaning services are either delivered for properties owned and managed by Harbour Group companies, in accordance with agreed specifications or service level agreements (SLA's) or to external organisations or individuals in line with individual contract terms and conditions via Harbour Connections in and around Edinburgh.
The role holder will be expected to deliver their duties while behaving in line with Harbour's values.
The role holder will be specifically accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of the following functions:
Stair cleaning and common area cleaning services as scheduled,
Responsive waste uplifts, specialist deep cleans and dirty works cleaning.
End of tenancy clearance and cleaning services
Office and premises cleaning
Working alone or in pairs and driving one of the Cleaning Teams' fleet of vehicles.
All work overseen, and directly managed, must meet contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements.
About you:
Your work experience will include:
- Experience (typically 1 year) working within a cleaning services environment
A driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive our small vans to different locations.
