```Duties```

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing drivers on safe driving practices, company policies, and procedures.
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to drivers in various driving scenarios, including highway driving, city driving, and parking maneuvers.
- Evaluate drivers' performance and provide constructive feedback to help improve their skills and adherence to safety regulations.
- Develop training materials and resources to support driver training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to commercial driving.

```Qualifications```

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably in a delivery or warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively train and communicate with drivers.
- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach safe driving techniques in various road conditions.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including flatbeds and vans, is a plus.

Pay: 300.00-500.00 per week
