Female Support Workers (Drivers)

to join our growing Wirral team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about relationships, not routines. You'll be supporting people in their own flats and out in the community to live full, independent lives.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks Helping people make choices and build confidence Encouraging participation in community activities, hobbies, and social opportunities Following care and behaviour support plans that promote safety and wellbeing Working closely with families and professionals to ensure person-centred support Promoting independence, rights, and inclusion every step of the way

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (essential) A caring, calm, and respectful communicator Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude No formal qualifications needed -- just the right values and willingness to learn Experience in care is welcome but not essential (full training provided) Ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
