Working hours are Tuesday - Saturday.

Dependent on the customer pick up location the shifts can be one of the following:

4.30am - 1pm, 8.30am - 3pm, 4.30am - 2.30pm, or 5.30am - 11am

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional and competent sample pick up service to the range of EMS customers while ensuring that samples are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.

• To pick up samples for analysis from EMS customers at predetermined times and dates.
• To carry out sampling activities as required using proper and strict aseptic techniques.
• To liaise with customers to ascertain requirement for EMS supplied consumables.
• To carry out monitoring of Van Temperatures, record and report if outwith specification.
• To carry out the daily, weekly and monthly van checks as defined.
• Keep vans clean and stocked with necessary consumable items.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team to get all sampling carried out.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as a driver
• Presentable, willing to represent the business carrying out your daily duties.
