We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on
Driving Team Leader
to take charge of our door canvassing team across Glasgow and nearby areas. You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning--both behind the wheel and out on the doors.What you'll be doing
Driving the canvassing team to and from locations daily Leading from the front by actively taking part in door-to-door canvassing Motivating, training, and supporting the team to hit and exceed targets Keeping team morale high and performance even higher Reporting daily results and feedback to management
What we're looking for
Confident, outgoing communicator with leadership flair Full UK driving licence (and comfortable driving team members) Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven Someone who thrives on getting results and inspiring others
