Job Description

Duties:

Driving vehicles to and from different locations for example garages, body shops or customers addresses

Doing detailed check ins and check outs around the vehicle's on a mobile device, recording any new damages

Moving vehicles to and from the wash bay for the valeter

Help with parking vehicles up in the right places during and at the end of the day

Interacting with customers who are waiting inside or outside the office

Possibly helping out inside the office as and when necessary, i.e. answering telephone calls

The ideal will demonstrate:

Good customer service skills.

A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Previous experience in car rental, vehicle body shop/dealership or trade plate driver would be useful but not necessary.

Being prepared to work outside for most of the time in all weather conditions

Flexible availability to work and a good customer service understanding

. Ability to work and thrive in a busy, high pressure environment

. A positive 'can do' attitude.

The hours of work are varied to suit business needs and it can also include working weekends. Full time or part time work available.

Flexibility is essential however we will always try to accommodate.

For insurance purposes the successful candidate will be over the age of 21 and have held a full UK Licence for at least 3 years.

You should have no more than 6 points on your licence and have not been charged with any serious motoring offences (i.e. IN10, DR10, TT99)

Salary is negotiable and can be discussed depending on the correct candidate.
