Job Description

Transport Company based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

We are currently looking for a Driver's mate to join our team.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (early starts, between 4am-8am), 48hrs/week on average, permanent contract. Occasional overtime available at weekends and paid at a premium rate.

Experience: At least 6 months' of drivers mate experience, loading and unloading vans and lorries with ratchet straps and the use of a tail lift.

Daily duties: Assisting with nationwide deliveries and collections of catering equipment, some heavy lifting involved. Customer calls to advise on ETA. Assisting with loading/unloading of vans and lorries.

Full training and uniform will be provided.

CSCS labourer card is advantageous.

Drug and Alcohol tests and DBS (unspent criminal convictions) check will be completed at the start of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,480.00 per year
