Pay Rate: 32,037.93

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (Start times can be between 3am and 7am)

Location: Redhill - RH1 5EH





DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking Driver Mate to play a vital role in our distribution service.





WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:


Handling alcoholic goods Delivering multiple drops per day to Pubs, Restaurants, and Hotels up to 20 drops per day but can increase around the Summer time and Christmas period Manual Handling up to 11 tonne of stock per day 2 Person role, working alongside HGV driver Count and check all products, compare to delivery documentation and complete a visual check for product damage Assisting to secure loads effectively and ensure loads are within the weight limits Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
