Job Overview

We are looking for a Drivers Mate to join our friendly home deliver team. Previous experience in the industry is an advantage. However, if you are honest, reliable and have a can-do attitude, with a commitment to exceptional customer service then full training can be provided for the right candidates.

This would be working for a high quality brand furniture Company. The role is customer facing and will involve working as part of a two man team, delivering and collecting furniture.

Main Requirements of the Role:

Completing all aspects of a delivery crew role, including loading, securing and delivering furniture

Working effectively as part of a team

Being able to risk assess and recognise potential issues in advance and provide appropriate and safe solutions

Maintain excellent customer service

Have a positive approach to personal development

Some warehouse and porter work required

Working Hours

Average working week is 5 days between Monday to Friday

Start times are job dependant.

Due to the nature of the work, weekly hours and finish times are not set so flexibility is required

A level of physical fitness and health that meets the physical demands of the role

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
