About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a

Warehouse Operative and Drivers Mate

. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work! You'll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. You will also support our drivers with deliveries to site--so no two days are quite the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Wrapping of furniture to ensure thorough protection during transportation

Assist with loading our lorries, ensuring the correct items are selected and secured correctly.

Support the driver with daily deliveries, ensuring goods are unloaded safely and efficiently.

Assembling, packing, and inspecting products to meet quality standards.

Ensuring workstations are clean, tidy, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Performing basic quality control checks and reporting any faults or defects.

Following instructions and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Physically fit, as the role may involve standing for long periods and lifting items.

CSCS card is preferred but not essential
