Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Load and unload goods from lorries and containers. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Manage inventory to track stock levels. Perform materials handling tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Ensure that all items are correctly stocked and stored in designated areas. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of orders against delivery notes. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Delivering product to customer site's using our own Luton vehicle

Skills

Proven experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Although training can be provided. Experience with construction or heavy lifting tasks is advantageous. Ability to perform tasks involving picking & packing, shipping & receiving, as well as loading & unloading goods.
