Part Time, work patterns based on 2-3/ days out of 7 including weekends.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated

Driving Range Assistant

to support the daily operations of our driving range. This role involves collecting, washing and replenishing range balls while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient practice environment for all customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of golf and driving range operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the daily setup, operation, and closing of the driving range. Collect, clean, and restock range balls throughout the day using range equipment. Monitor the condition of hitting bays, mats, tees, baskets, and outfield areas; perform basic maintenance as required. Ensure the range is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Provide friendly and helpful customer service to golfers of all levels. Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to management. Support general golf facility operations when needed.

Requirements

Comfortable working

outdoors in all weather conditions

, including rain, wind, heat, and cold. Physically able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating range equipment.

Hardworking, dependable, and able to work independently

with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of

golf, driving range operations, and golf etiquette

. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high facility standards.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in golf operations or a similar role. Experience operating range machinery (ball picker, range cart, washer), though training will be provided.
