Featuring a state-of-the-art 43-bay driving range, a six-lane indoor bowling alley, a vibrant sports bar with electronic games and pool tables, and a range of dining experiences, The Pin offers a unique and dynamic environment for guests of all ages. The venue complements Ramside Hall's two championship golf courses--the Prince Bishops Course and the Cathedral Course--making it a premier location for leisure and sport in the region.

We are currently seeking Driving Range Assistants to join our team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who is personable, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests at the driving range reception and assist with general enquiries and phone calls Provide support with Top Tracer technology, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed Ensure guest safety and uphold range ball usage policies Monitor and maintain hire clubs and range balls, removing any damaged equipment Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting environment across the range and its facilities Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues efficiently Report maintenance concerns promptly Undertake additional duties as required by management

Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility Comfortable using technology and assisting customers with digital systems Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
