Job Description
The Driving Range Assistant provides the first point of contact for members and visitors to our Driving Range, as such the role is instrumental in delivering a memorable experience, both in terms of presentation standards, and the welcome our guests receive.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the daily Driving Range opening and lockdown procedures.
Conduct a daily tour of the Driving Range to ensure a clean and tidy operation.
Greet customers, show them to their range bays and manage the Driving Range booking system. Offer food and drinks menus to the customers, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service. Effectively up sell food and drinks items from the menu. Work closely with the Driving Range Manager to support functions, events and F&B upselling on the Driving Range
Have a strong working knowledge of TrackMan ensuring that they can confidently explain its features to our Range users and are actively promoting it's usage to all members and guests.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as requested adhering to Weights and Measures compliance, utilising appropriate glass for order. Provide prompt service for all orders. Clear the bay tables as customers are finished and suggests further sales. Maintain and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures e.g., glassware, equipment, storage areas, refrigerators; keeps bar and service area clean in a timely manner. * Consistently deliver outstanding service levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
