We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Operations Lead to join the dynamic and fast-growing Dropship team within Digital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-growth area of the business, with strong momentum heading into FY26 and significant opportunities beyond.
As our Dropship business continues to scale, existing operational processes are becoming increasingly strained. To support and prepare for this accelerated growth, including the implementation of Project Condor--we must strengthen critical areas including vendor onboarding, new product setup, and store returns.
This role will be instrumental in shaping a scalable and resilient operational strategy that underpins future revenue growth and drives greater efficiency across teams and systems. You'll be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the end-to-end operational model in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing challenges and improvement opportunities to create a detailed roadmap for operational improvements. Identify required resources, investment, timelines, and potential benefits, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment.
Partner with Business and Technical Delivery Managers to define a scalable migration plan for both current and new suppliers.
Specify and oversee the operational steps required for a successful transition from the current platform to the new one, with a considerate approach tailored to small and independent suppliers.
Develop a comprehensive onboarding and migration framework for all suppliers, ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform and supporting long-term scalability.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish a streamlined and efficient store returns process for Dropship products, enhancing the customer experience and operational flow.
What you will need to have:
Strong stakeholder management experience, managing multiple stakeholders across different disciplines, with the ability to engage and influence
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, making informed recommendations and decisions.
Strong communication skills--able to tailor messaging to different audiences and ensure stakeholders feel heard, understood, and informed.
Solid understanding of e-commerce logistics and operational workflows.
Prior experience in vendor/supplier management.
