About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail orientated Dry Blending Team Leader to oversee our Powder Blending Area. The role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, cost control and adherence to customer service standards. The successful candidate will lead by example and develop a culture of team work, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Tasks:

Oversee day to day operations of the dry powder blending area, ensuring processes run efficiently and safely, meeting production targets.

Maintain clean as you go, ensuring the blending area is always organised, and compliant with food, and health and safety standards

Lead, motivate and support a team of operators, ensuring they follow quality control measures

Work closely with the quality control team to ensure blends meet customer specifications

Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of blends

Previous experience in dry blending or food manufacturing is desirable, as is:

Strong leadership

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume production environment

Knowledge of HACCP and GMP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
