Location: Keighley | Salary: 18,360 (actual) per year (equivalent to 14.13 per hour) | Hours: 25 per week | 9.30am start

Dual Diagnosis Support Worker

to join our team, supporting people living with both serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use challenges.

You'll work closely with individuals and families, providing one-to-one support that empowers people to take control of their health, wellbeing, and recovery journey.

What You'll Be Doing



Work directly with people to address their alcohol or drug use and support their recovery. Help individuals improve their physical health, daily living skills, and social connections. Support access to housing, benefits, and community services. Collaborate with mental health teams and other partners to deliver joined-up, person-centred care. Keep accurate records and contribute to team meetings to ensure the best possible support for every person.
You might have formal qualifications in Health & Social Care, Substance Use or Mental Health Support, or you might bring valuable lived experience and compassion. Either way, we'd love to hear from you if you:

What We're Looking For



Have experience supporting people with mental health and/or substance use issues. A genuine belief that people can and do change. Strong organisational and people skills - you'll be managing a varied caseload and building trust with the people who use our services. Commitment to equity, diversity, and belonging
