About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to lead two children's homes in London. This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to oversee two established services and ensure consistent, high-quality, therapeutic care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.
You'll provide strong leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of safety, development, and positive outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Manager ready to step up into a multi-site role or an experienced dual manager seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities
Hold Ofsted registration for two children's homes
Lead and develop two teams to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care
Ensure homes operate in line with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Embed safeguarding, reflective practice, and positive risk management
Drive high standards in care planning, key working, and team supervision
Maintain strong relationships with external professionals and families
Lead on inspection readiness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
Ability to manage complex situations across two sites with calm and confidence
Skilled in staff development, team building, and service improvement
