, taking responsibility for two high-quality children's homes.

About the Role
The Dual Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of two Ofsted-registered children's homes, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care. You will lead, inspire, and develop your teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead both homes to achieve and maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Ensure effective safeguarding practices and adherence to Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Support the development of individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled, motivated staff team.
Drive continuous improvement through strong leadership and reflective practice.
Work in partnership with external agencies, families, and professionals.
Essential Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or senior leadership in a children's residential setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a proven track record with Ofsted.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
