Dual Registered Manager- Adult Complex Care

We're looking for a passionate and committed Registered Manager to lead our two services In St Neots. The homes are located directly next to one another and support in total of 14 adults with LD/ASD/MH needs.

Your Role as a Registered Manager:

You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.

Experienced as a Registered Manager of a larger home or multi-site expereince Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Demonstrates positive values Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
