Dual Role Opportunity: Dental Nurse & Practice Manager

Are you a qualified Dental Nurse with implant and sedation experience who's ready to take the next step in your career?

We're offering a unique part-time role where you'll split your time between hands-on nursing (2 days) and practice management (2 days), giving you the chance to shine both chair-side and in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical (Dental Nurse):

Support confidently with implant and sedation procedures. Uphold strict compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and infection control protocols. Keep all records, logs, and audits fully accurate and compliant. Be proactive in supporting medical emergencies and patient care.
Management (Practice Manager):

Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth-running, patient-focused practice. Manage rotas, stock control, and ordering with accountability and efficiency. Conduct 1:1 meetings, appraisals, and PDPs to boost staff motivation, growth, and productivity. Promote energy and positivity across the team -- setting the tone for collaboration and high performance. Ensure all compliance and staff documentation is fully up to date.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Dental Nurse with proven implant and sedation experience.

Strong understanding of compliance and protocols.

Confident communicator with excellent IT and organisational skills.

Leadership or management experience is highly desirable.

Pay: From 15,327.78 per year
